Terms of Service

By using VibeCheck Cup ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is operated by Muninn Cognition ("we," "us"). If you do not agree, please don't use the App.

1. What this is

The App is an entertainment toy. It flashes scenarios about the 2026 FIFA World Cup and generates a playful prediction based on your reactions. It is not a forecast, a sports-betting tool, or financial / investment advice. Don't put money on it.

2. Not affiliated with FIFA or any team

VibeCheck Cup is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any national football association, any team, or any player. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Your responsibilities

• You're at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• You won't reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the App.
• You won't use the App to harass, defame, or otherwise harm anyone — including by sharing generated cards in misleading contexts.
• Anything you share publicly (your bracket, your screenshot) is your choice and your responsibility.

4. Camera and on-device processing

If you grant camera access, processing happens entirely in your browser. We don't receive your video or images. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can revoke camera access at any time in your browser or OS settings.

5. Intellectual property

The App's design, code, copy, and visual style are owned by Muninn Cognition. The share card image generated for you, however, is yours to post anywhere you want — that's the whole point.

6. Availability and changes

The App is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or shut it down at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; material changes will be flagged on the App.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PREDICTIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNINN COGNITION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO USD $50.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located there.
